## it makes you feel dizzy, drowsy, and makes you want to throw up ## This is an over the counter Sleep Aid/Pain Reliever. 500mgs of Acetaminophen and 25mgs of Diphenhydramine. ## Its good but it seems to take a while to take effect for me at least. ## Well this is what would be considered a regular or traditional release version of the medication, and under that classification they usually take between 30 to 45 minutes to start working. How fast they work can also be affected by other factors, such as if you have eaten recently before taking it, because then it will take longer for the pill to be able to dissolve and start working.
