light blue pill L386

I found some pills that are oval shaped, light blue, and have l386 on them. they are in an old antibiotic bottle and can't figure out what they are. Can you identify what they might be? ## I was not able to locate L386, I did locate L368 Click here to see a picture of the pill. If this is your pill, it's Naproxen 220 mg.
