I found this tablet in a acetaminophen bottle (2) of them and did not look right to me. They were light blue numbers L368 but the 6 I`am not sure of it could be s or 5. Good size tablet also. Can I take two at the same time if I'm in a lot of pain? ## I can confirm that these are over the counter naproxen 220 mg (NDC 0113-4368 among others), which are nsaid fever + pain relievers. That being said, taking two would result in a 440 mg dose, which is actually lower than some prescription doses of 500 mg. As far as dosage instructions for adults 12 and over go, the page on DailyMed states: - take 1 caplet every 8 to 12 hours while symptoms last - for the first dose you may take 2 caplets within the first hour - do not exceed 2 caplets in any 8- to 12-hour period - do not exceed 3 caplets in a 24-hour period So according to the above directions, you should be okay to take 2 caplets for your first dose only. ## Sounds like they are naproxen 220mg i think, often used for pain r...
