It only has 277 on it, not L277 like the others listed. Its round and peach.. I think some sort of advil or ibprofin? ## I believe I located your pill to be Januvia (100 mg); which is an oral antihyperglycemic (anti-diabetic drug) of the dipeptidyl peptidase-4 (DPP-4) inhibitor class. medium/small pink round pill ## Pills marked with an L followed by additional numbers are manufactured by LNK Internation and they only make over the counter meds, which are sold by various stores as their store brands or generics. This one is an 81mg Enteric Coated Low Dose Aspirin.
