They do not work and I get extra headaches from this pill/brand. I DONT HAVE ANY PROBLEMS with Mallinckrodt but these suck. ## @jojo, Sorry to hear about your troubling experience with KVK Tech. According to a number of threads I’ve seen here on this site, KVK Tech is being widely regarded as one those Oxycodone manufacturers that people should steer clear of, since their tablets aren’t providing anywhere near the amount of relief as other brands/generics. However, if Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals is what works best for you, I would just encourage you to ask your doctor to specifically write that down on your prescription, based on it’s proven track record to help manage your level of pain. I’m not sure if this will make your experience with trying to fill the scr...

Kvk tech oxycodone 5 MG do not seem to work unless I up my dose from the prescription directions. Do they have the same problems that zydus pharmaceuticals has? ## I agree 100% now trying to grt your Dr to agree is a whole different challenge .It can make u appear to be a drug Seeker any suggestions? ## @Badox3, It seems to me that the best approach is to just be straight forward and honest with your doctor if something they prescribed isn't working. They can probably tell if your words are genuine based on how you present your situation. I think the idea is to not come off as desperate (begging), but instead take an earnest heart to heart approach towards getting your point across. I realize that a lot of doctors don't have enough compassion to do the right thing all the time, ...

I take the pink k-56 10mg oxycodone for pain. Last few months thus brand is harder to find at pharmacies. They are carrying another less affective brand. Pharmacists wont say why. Any knowledge about this? Thanks. ## Hello, Mark! How are you? Well, there really is no special reason as to why. This is a generic and the pharmacy will carry whichever one was available for the cheapest price from their supplier, when they needed to restock their supply. Have you tried asking if they can order the other one in for you? This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. ## Nothing has really worked for me since all I can get is generic, but KVK has been ok, but our pharmacy ju...

oxycodone 10 mg immediate release 180 tabs, morphine sul er 60 mg tabs 60 tabs would like to see if i could get any discounts from the manufacturer on these. I currently have colon cancer and am medicare and cannot pay the price of theses meds. Its either eat or take meds. If you could help me i would greatly appreciate it. ## Hello, Kathy! How are you? I'm so sorry about your diagnosis and really hope you beat it. As to the medication, there are some prescription assistance programs specifically for cancer patients. You can find out more about them by calling the American Cancer Society at 800-227-2345. The FDA classifies these medications as narcotic analgesics, so they have the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mou...

These pills are poisonous beware. I've taken oxycodone 20 mg from manufacturer Rhodes, Purdue company for 4 year's. Last month I got KVK-TECH from Sam's Club. The do NOT KILL PAIN AT ALL..... they give you a real euphoric feeling for 10 minutes but absolutely no pain relief. July 2016 was the worst month of my life for my chronic pain. They also brought my Peripheral autonomic nuropathy out of remission after 4 year's of the symptoms being gone. They made my vision get horrible, the have caused me brain issues bad. I was fine before I took them for a month and I notified the FDA ect. And I'm fighting KVK-TECH....... DO NOT ACCEPT THESE FROM ANY PHARMACY. ALL THE MAJOR PHARMACY search ordered 1,000's of these knowing they don't work and are causing people like...

Regarding KVK Tech oxycodone 30mg / K-9...Garbage! I have serious pain from two separate problems. Bottom line is Walgreens switched from Activis to KVK recently and I noticed the difference within one day, pain waking me more than usual and early withdrawal sensations. I should add that I don't misuse or abuse, all I want is pain relief. I'm fed up with fighting every step of the way to manage my pain (resulting from injuries sustained as a firefighter/medic and a connective tissue disease) Thanks to the war on drugs and so many people overdosing, the government has the doctors and pharmacies all running scared, etc.. So people who are legit and truly suffering every day are screwed. Seems like they forgot about us. I wish these people AND the addicts/abusers could feel what ch...

Oxycodone or Oxycontin is this time released? Or immediate release? ## There are no generic formulations available of Oxycontin, there are only generics available of the instant release and the regular release. Additionally, the instant release is only available in 5mg capsules. Thus, if you have a tablet that does not have the OP marking and it is from the U.S., then it is fairly safe to assume that's most likely a regular release tablet. This one is a generic for Roxicodone, which is a name brand for the regular release formulation and it contains 20mgs of Oxycodone. Learn more Oxycodone details here. Where did you find it? ## Verwon, I was reading your response to Kiki, and I have a question for you. What is the difference between Oxycodone and Oxycotin? ## Hi Susie, I sort of st...

I was taking activis 30mg IR for a long time. It worked really well on pain with minimal narcotic effect. Now they only have KVK brand oxycodone. This is by far the worst medication for pain I have ever had. It has a strong long lasting narcotic effect with no pain relief at all. I'm taking it back to my Dr and getting a new perscription. Does anyone know who carries Activis and/or a brand that is comparable? ## Hi Rong, I find it interesting that the KVK tech is working better for you than the Actavis brand, because many people on here are actually taking the time out to file complaints with the FDA about the lack of efficacy coming from Actavis's other pain medications - (namely Percocet). However, when it comes to finding out what's in stock, a lot of pharmacies aren'...

Hey how's it going to all you guys I have been doing a little bit of reading and I just had some simple questions that I hope you guys can help me with. I currently for my 22nd birthday was diagnosed with stage 4 T-cell lymphoma I have been on a variety of different medications but I for the last six months have been prescribed 10 milligram oxycodone with that being said I just got my refill yesterday and I got it filled at Rite Aid instead of my normal Place Costco. Costco usually delivers me the key kVK Tech, well Rite Aid gave me the zydus brand. I do not notice too much of a difference since it has only been one day but my stomach kind of hurts a little bit I'm not too sure why. If any of you guys could let me know and your opinion what the differences are if any at all that...

Kvk... Ritalin?! Garbage! I will be going to the Dr's and ask why I'm being rx'd phentermine?! A drug is a drug, is a drug! Ritalin would give me a happy, motivated, feeling. My palms used to sweat, I was engaged, now the magic is gone. I'm no longer convinced kvk is selling Ritalin! This I put up with 2-3 times now... My given right and body will stop being coerced by Dr's that believe they know best. Trust me, decline this kvk brand!!! Pissed off, and tried the "stimulant vacation!". Before someone wants to get mouthy, I saved an old script before kvk... Kvk white round tabs are not Ritalin!? ## Hello Vemonter, I'm unsure of the direction you wanted to go with this post. Are you simply stating that KVK is not Ritalin? If so you're absolutely correct...

I've been on 30mg oxycodone for 10years one month I filled my RX & they were a different brand, they were KVT Tech. The entire month I had no pain relief! I was in so much pain! The next month I got actavis the brand I've always taken & it was night & day! A complete difference I finally got pain relief! Now my Dr changed me to 20mg oxycodone and the pharmacy gave me kvtech and for months I've been in so much pain! I've been cut in half of my daily dosage. I was taking 120mg a day now 60mg a day! Because my pain management Dr says it's because of CDC Guidelines! The people with chronic pain are now the ones who suffer & are getting the treatment they need! ## Hello, Priscilla! How are you doing? Has there been any change? If your dosage has been lower...

My pharmacy just refilled my oxycodone 30mg Rx with kvk tech instead of Caraco mfg. They look the same and have the same 224 imprint. Does anyone know if this is the same company and same medicine or if it is indeed mfgd by two different ones. If so, what are your thoughts? Caraco has always worked well for me, do you think I should return them? I didn't realize they did this until I drove the hour home from my dr and the pharm where I fill this Rx. ## I have been using BECAUSE you can't get a different co. around here. I bounce between two Wal-Mart pharmacy's (a few miles apart). My regular Wal-Mart pharmacy has not had my prescription of OxyCODONE more than three times in the past 36 mounts (3 years) It seems to be very lazy pharmacy employees. These two of three (all three) Wal-Marts in my city, dispense different medications for the same prescription. I cannot get a straight answer from any of their employees why they dispense different medications from the same pharmacy group. I believe the KVK activate quickly but do not last as long as the RHO. The RHO seem to work a little longer but not as strong. Beside constipation, side effects are small. But I am running into problems as the medications are not working for a long. The pain relief is not as powerful as 6 months ago. My doctor, a very go...

No, the only time released Oxycodone tablets available are the name brand Oxycontin manufactured by Purdue Pharma. The ones made by KCK Tech are regular release formulations. The FDA classifies this medication as being a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
