What is the difference between this round pill, and my usual oval pill? Do they work the same? What do you know as to how long,months, years, that you are supposed to take fenofibrate? ## Hello, Kim! This tablet is manufactured by Karalex Pharma and they list it as containing 160mgs of Fenofibrate, going by what you've said in your post, it seems that your pharmacy has just switched to a different generic. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache and joint/muscle aches.
