My physician in the states has prescribed regular Tramadol for pain of arthritis and fibromyalgia. ## The medication from Mexico contained both Ketorolac and Tramadol. Ketorolac is a potent nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory, used to treat pain, fever and swelling. Tramadol is a relatively mild opiate narcotic that is just used to treat pain. Putting an NSAID, with the Narcotic tends to enhance the analgesic effects. As similar medication that is available in the U.S. would be Ultracet, which is also available as a generic, it couples the Tramadol with Acetaminophen. Is there anything else I can help with? ## My back is killing me can I I take diabetic pills and I take high b... ...

Although, as post #1 mentioned, it is also equally important to remember that each individual is prone to reac... ...

How are you? No, you cannot combine these medications. Both the Ketorolac and the Naproxen in the Flanax are nonsteroidal anti-inflammatories and taking too much of them in a day can lead to overdose toxicity, liver damage or liver failure. It also creates the risk of stomach ulceration and bleeding. Other side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache and drowsiness. Have you tried anything to alleviate the constipation? Did your doctor suggest anything? ...
