this medecine was prescribed to my mum. i just want to know what it contains n how it helps in arthritis ## Jointace DN is not a product of the US, however I was able to retrieve the active ingredients in Jointace DN, which are Diacerein 50 mg + Glucosamine Sulphate 750 mg. Have been prescribed Jointace DN 1 tab/day for 60 days. Taken 9 days. Showing good effect. But from day 1 my urine is dark yellow like turmeric (darker than usually due to B complex). Could not contact the prescribing doctor who is in another city. Should I continue or stop the treatment? ## I am taking Jointace Dn for the last 5 days. My wife is taking jointace DN for the last 5 days. Since 3rd day she is complaining about feeling too hot, when weather is comparatively soothing now and others are not feeling the same way.
