The latest medicines I am on are Jalra M 50 mg + Tribet 2, one of each twice daily at 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. I would like to know how effective other diabetics have found this combination of drugs, and what side effects can be expected. ## Side effects of the combination of diabetic drugs as above ## Jalra-M contains the active ingredients Vidagliptin and Metformin, both of which are oral antidiabetic medications. it seems that the medicine does not show the required response. Inspite of taking it regulary the sugar level does not come down . The present readfing measured was 329 taken for fasting. ## Jalra contains the active ingredient Vidagliptin, it is used to help lower and control blood sugar. Actually, there are two things that could be causing this problem. The first is that this just may not be the right medication for you. Not all medications work for everyone that tries them and, in these instances, the person has to try something else. This is true of any medication. The second is your diet, are you watching what you eat? If you aren't and are just eating whatever you want, with no concern for the amount of fats and sugars that your food contains, then you are defeating the purpos... ...
