ive type 2 diabeties, recent readings fasting 154* and post lunch 277*, my medical practitioner advised 15 day course of jalra m 50/500 before breakast and glycomet 850 before dinner, what side effects are possible and will this combination work well to contral the diebeties efeectivley. ## Those are high readings, so some further treatment is necessary.
