the best thing to do is ask for the name brand form of the pill.roxxicodone and not the generic and go to a big corperate pharmacy not a mom and pop shop ## I have seen a bunch of the darker blue K-9s here in Florida lately too and I think they are fake also. There are a ton of fake pills going around now. ## To those who are constantly at risk of taking fake meds, the best way to avoid this is by obtaining a valid prescription through your doctor and to get it filled at a licensed pharmacy. I got k,9 it's a darker blue than whawhat I've seen before are these real or fake ## @the crazy one, I believe the only honest way to know for certain that what you have is real (outside of getting it analyzed by a lab) would depend upon whether you got it filled at a real licensed pharmacy and not by some other means. Legitimate pharmacies don't dispense fake medication, although sometimes manufacturers have been known to alter the color of their pills without giving any prior notice to patients. So that's something to keep in mind as well. I've taken Roxicodone for 6 years. This month is the first time I've gotten these. They're just made by a different company. I just took one and they made my pain where I could stand it. I've always gotten the big blue pill marked with 224 or the M blocks or the a215 and these are just as strong as all the others ones! ## Just out of curiosity, what makes you insinuate that they're fake if they work so well? I have seen two different looks on the blue A51 oxycodone pills. One is a lighter blue and the other is a dark blue almost purple looking in color and also is almost chunky when broke it up. I just need to know if the dark blue ones are fake? Can anyone help me? ## Yes I would say the dark are fake. The ones I get are light ## They a51's are real, they just suck ## Mine are darker, and getting the pharmacy!!!! So the darker ones are not fake, v if you get them from pharmacy!!!!! There are so many fake oxycondones out right now!!! I'm from Baltimore Maryland but am now residing in south Florida on the treasue coast. Baltimore has a lot of fake ones especially mbox 30s those are always a red flag to me anywhere. I'm not 100% sure but someone told me that the pharmacy doesn't even make them anymore and if they give them to u they are left overs. But everyone has them. I got these out here in Washington and I see a lot of ppl claiming fake but if u Google M 30 oxycodone there are pics of the lighter blue/white ones and there are pics of the darker blue ones. These resemble the color of the V's in color. I've taken them several times. They feel a little stronger than a usual 30 (not much stronger) but they fed do the job and no weird side effects. I've been taking oxys and Roxis for 10+ years. I think they're real for sure. Every single time I get the same feeling. Never stronger or never weaker. I have been taking this for some time now. Recently, I have discovered that they must be counterfeit, because they don't work now. What has happened to the Qualitest brand? Hi, I found a light blue round almost white pill. Now I have seen the dark and lite 30 mgs before.
