Is There A Methadone With No Markings

My boyfriend was given a small round white pill with no imprints, just a line on one side. However, in other countries such as Mexico, the regulatory oversight seems to be more lax, whereas many prescription drugs are dispensed with no imprint. I was asking if they make a 7.5 mg generic methadone pill? It is a white round pill with no markings except for a score line in the middle on one side ## Hi lois, Here in the U.S. the lowest I've seen online are only 5 and 10mg generic doses. I can argue though that there is an article on a study done here in the states, where cancer patients were randomly assigned to receive methadone 7.5 mg orally every 12 hours for 4 weeks. So I do believe it is available, but maybe only prescribed under specific circumstances. I could be wrong, but as of yet I have not come across anything stating otherwise.
