I have been taking zanaflex in increasing doses.The disease I have is a lot like MS. It is genetic. I was ok until I was 35. I'm an RNmanyway, every month I in crease mny dose,now on 10 2mg.2x a day. I run outmid month.Someone, tell me all; efrfects.I*'m scared of seizure or worse Thank you.Xelphia

I have a friend that is on the fentanyl patch and she sometimes watches my 3 month old baby. my question is could it cause harm to my baby in any way from just touching her skin./have been very worried about it. I was wondering if the medicine could come through her skin at all from sweating. Just curious. ## I've never read any warnings about it being a problem, but you may want to check with a doctor, or pharmacist to be certain. Most of the warnings just state that the patch should be kept away from children and they shouldn't be allowed to handle it and play with it. In most cases, once a medication is absorbed, very little actually expels back out of the body through the skin. Are there any other questions or comments?

My husband was on Eliquis for over two years. I watched him go from a outgoing person to someone who just wanted to sit and watch TV. One Thursday night he couldn't get up and could not move his right leg. By the time I called 911 and he reached the hospital, he was paralyzed on his right side. His mouth was drouping and he could not speak. He suffered an intercranial hemorrhage which could not be reversed. Why would the FDA approve a medicine which there is no way to reverse the bleed once it starts. He passed away that Sunday. I was in shock. It has been almost a year since his death. ARE IMFLAMATORY MEDICATIONS HARMFUL TO THE EYES? ## Instaflex is not an actual medication of any type, it is an over the counter supplement that is claimed to help with joint health. As such, the side effect profiles for it have not been studied, as is done for prescription medications. This company doesn't even list the full ingredients and amounts on their website, the only things they do note are that it contains Glucosamine, MSM and Hyuralonic Acid, which are contained in many over the counter products that are claimed to help your joints. As to actual NSAIDs, such as Diclofenac or Ibuprofen, visual changes and problems from them are considered serious side effects that you should contact your doctor about.
