do the Ibuprofen IP 466 and the Ibuprofen I8 have the same exact inactive ingredients? You did well to take it from your friend. Ibuprofen can thin the blood and 800 x 3 would mean he took triple the maximum reccomended dosage. ## I takes them because I have really bad pain and aching in my right arm
