I cannot take asperin so I take asperin-free excedrin. I want to know why it and all excedrin was taken off the market. Also when if ever will it be available to buy again. Nothing else helps me. I have tried Aleve but doesn't do the job as good as the above. ## The Excedrin products were recalled due to problems that the FDA found with their manufacturing facility, which may have caused the products to be contaminated. If there are no markings on it, we can rule it out as being a U.S. manufactured prescription tablet, since they are all required to have markings to enable their identification. The highest probability is that it's an over the counter product, but there is also a slight chance that it's a foreign medication of some type. It's very difficult to narrow down, when there is no imprint, but I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. These small white tablets were given to me by someone who didn't know the name of them to help me get that shredded, toned look. I was wondering what they may be... I have discovered this round pill (about a 1/4 inch thick, white in color) that I would like to identify. On one side, it is blank, and the other side has MB at the top, then a line below that, and below the line is 125. Does anyone have any information about this? If so, your comments are welcome. found half of a pill its light blue and has a capital M on it I would like help if possible identifying it its about a half inch wide and its blue on outside and white in the middle ## @lawrence, Since you have only half the pill, there's only half of an imprint to search for; meaning it will be impossible to know for 100% certain what the pill actually is unless you were to have it lab tested. However, I have seen at least a handful of round light blue pills with a capital "M" stamped on one side and other numbers imprinted on the back. So It's more than likely a prescription medication. Are there any partial markings on the backside of the pill as well?

However, determining which one is more difficult, because they are not required to have unique imprints on each one and log them with the FDA, since they are just over the counter products. I've done some searching, but it's not turning up in the U.S. prescription drug databases that I've checked. The SP is a logo used on some prescription tablets, but nothing with these numbers.
