I have some supposedly "D-Bol" orals. They are very small round dark greyish blue. One side says "IP" and the other side says "20". I have tried to find them with no luck on different pill ID sites. ok the pill is white in collar, and .25 dia by .5 or a little longer and has a half way divider mark in the middle of it and on the other side it has L 384 . ## Are you sure the marking is L 384? I haven't seen one with this marking, yet. However, what I can tell you is that it's an over the counter item. They are usually sold as the generics or store brands of various products, such as Tylenol or Advil. Does anyone else recognize this one? ## i know I have some. It is a generic migrane pill. I found a pill in my sons room and would like to know what it is. It is small and round with a pinkish peach colour. On one side there is ON underlined and the other side is 20. It is generic acetaminophen 500mg and hydrocodone 10mg, (the highest amount of narcotic hydrocodone made in a prescription pill). It is used for moderate to severe pain. Side effects includes headache, euphoria, dizziness, marked drowsiness. If you found this in your teens room or someone's room whom it wasn't prescribed for then I would be concerned as it is highly abused and highly addictive.
