Do u know of a dr in story county, iowa that will give me Vicodin. ## I'm sorry, but if you're asking for a specific medication, most doctors are going to act like that. They are taught to view it as drug seeking behavior. Additionally, since the doctor is the one with the medical degree, they usually expect to be the one suggesting what medication you should try. Any doctor can prescribe Vicodin, but due to the new regulations and government reporting requirements they have to be very careful about doing so. What has your doctor suggested to treat your pain other than the Ibuprofen?
