It is white and capsule-shaped (oblong). 4212 is on one side and the letter V is on the other. Methocarbamol is a central muscle relaxant used to treat skeletal muscle spasms. round little white pill,with a line in middle numbers 183 ## Sorry, I can't find any listings, in multiple databases for any prescription pills with only a 183 on them, are there any other markings? Letters? Numbers? Logos? ## Cannot identify pills I found, searched for hours on drug searches ect. Round white one side has a 183 and a greater than symbol with a less than symbol when held upright. Could be seen as two 45 degree angles facing each other one inside the other. The other side has a score on it halfing the pill. Also appears to have a coating.
