The tablets with the L544 marking are over the counter tablets which contain 650mgs of Acetaminophen. Side effects may include nausea, dizziness and headache. Is there anything else I can help with? ## I'm sorry to say that your doctor prescribed you a very costly OTC (Over The Counter) Acetaminophen 650mg tablet and passed it off as Hydrocodone; Acetaminophen is EXTREMELY cheap, compared to the Loritab/Hydrocodone. If your tablet is white, oblong and has L544 on one side and nothing on the other side, it IS AN OTC DRUG. Any pill that has a L on it is an OTC drug that can be purchased at any local Walmart, Walgreens or Ingles, for that matter.... ...
