this blue oblong pill with L050 imprint is supposed to be hydrocodone but I cannot pull it up anywhere by the imprint number. Is really hydrocodone and what strength? ## Based on the description provided, I found your pill to be Ibuprofen PM (38 mg - 200 mg), with the imprint LO50. Ibuprofen is used for relief of symptoms of arthritis, primary dysmenorrhea, fever, and as an analgesic. For more information about this drug, please refer to the link below... I found a blue oblong pill with imprint of L050 on it and was told by a family member this is a "hydrocodone with ibuprofen or motrin". Haven't been able to find a drug identifier yet that shows this. It isn't light blue - it is a medium blue color. Thanks for any help! ## No, this does not contain any type of narcotic. This tablet contains 200mgs of Ibuprofen and 25mgs of Diphenhydramine, it is a generic or store brand of Advil PM. Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and stomach irritation. Read more: Are there any questions or comments?
