I'm concerned my brother stole the actual medication and replaced it with these pills. Are there such norcos that say this? ## First of all, no there is no Norco, or any other prescription medication with such a marking, the 44 following by 3 additional numbers are over the counter medications manufactured by LNK International and they do not manufacture any prescription products. I believe the marking you are looking at is 44 445 and they list it as containing 500mgs of Acetaminophen, which is a generic, or store brand of Tylenol.
