How To Get Phentermine Out Of System

How long would it take phentermine to get out of my system in a drug test sent to a lab? I take it daily, I had went two weeks without taking any, and it showed up. I know the half life is 7-20 hours, but I was sure it would be out, but it wasn't. I asked my doc yesterday and he said it would be out in 5-6 days. How is this possible? I have been taking phentermine 37.5 for 2 weeks. I have a drug test in 15 days. Will it show in my system? ## The clinic that prescribed mine says that it can sometimes read as a positive result for amphetamines but that as long as you can show them your name on the Rx that it should be okay.

I took phentermine for three days and skipped the next day then took half of one.. come the 27 of sept it will 19 days that I haven't taken it...I have to do a drug test foe a new job.. I'm taking phentermine and took a UA. The results showed a false positive for amphetamine and methamphetamine. The person administering the tests tells me that the phentermine will explain the amphetamine but not for methamphetamine. I take 2 Percocets a day but took two viciden the other day and was just tested at pain management. I also took a Xanax instead of a klonipin the other day! Hello. I'm a 55 yr old lady who ruptured a disc in my spine. I was about 30lbs overweight. One of the Clinicians advised that losing the weight would help with the healing of my back. She put me on Phentermine and Topamax. The weight came off pretty fast, about 5 lbs per week. But the side effects were very unpleasant. I found myself planning my suicide. Came too close for comfort. So I weaned myself off the meds. That was 3 months ago. Since then, my hair has been falling out. It's about 3/4 gone with no regrowth yet. Hi all I was just wondering....I have a hair follicle test coming up...the past couple months ive been taking percocets due to a car accident/back injury. My question is...I have doubled up on them several times.....can they tell this in a hair follicle test or are they just looking for a pos/ neg result...obviously Id have a pos result...but as long as I have a script id be fine right? ## I am currently taking oxycodone, phentermine, furosmide, tamsulosin and xanax.
