What is stronger, a Dilaudid 8mg or Opana 10mg? I was taking Dilaudid 8mg every 6 hrs for six months and then the pain would come back in three hours. Has anyone in the chicagoland area been receiving prescriptions of both 100mg and 60mg BRAND (Purdue Pharma, L.P.) MsContin and thought they were not working as well as usual? I have also noticed a very strong salty taste to them along with their weight being off and weighing much lighter that ones I have got in past prescriptions. Not Abbott Dilaudid brand, which are sorta rounded triangular shape with Abbott logo obverse and large '8' reverse. I've been taking 8-12 mg of diladid a day fir servere pain n my back I've run out an I have opana 15 mg ERs so will it be ok to take one a day til I see my doctor ,as in it wont make me o.d. If Vernon or anyone else would know the answer to this question; I would greatly appreciate it. I have written a few times about being given very STRONG pain medication and not getting any relief. It was via an IV and the meds were Morphine 8mg, Dilaudid (2 shots?? don't know why..) and Toradol. I just need to know if a HAIR TEST which my doctor will prescribe for me would indicate the presence of Morphine, Toradol and Dilaudid (which is 10 times as strong as oxycontin 40mg depending on the dose) ??
