I was taking 30mg oxycodone and the doctor switched to 15 mg Morphine ER and 15mg oxycodone and the pain is the worst it's been in the last 8 months. Am i going crazy or is it possible that the morphine does nothing for me. Can I overdose on 1 30mg ER morphine tablet? i weigh 173 lbs if that atters. i have nver taken anything stronger then a hydro 10 and kinda scared to take this medicine. ## I'm not personally aware of the difference in potency from Hydrocodone to Morphine, but I wouldn't suggest taking anything that puts a scare in you like that. If it's too strong it's too strong and your best bet would be to start off with a smaller dose (cut in half perhaps to assess your tolerance). To answer your question though, I don't believe you can overdose on 1 tablet, but you may or may not experience some very undesirable side effects if your body is not used to it. Hello. I take Norco 10/325 TID with MS Contin 20mg er BID for chronic back pain, sciatica, degenerative disease. I never get drowsy and feel it does the job because I notice no pain. I recently tried oxycodone with the letter M on one side & 05/52 on the other which I think is 5mg. Which one is stronger?
