How Long Does Norco Show Up In A Urine Test

I had a random urine test at PM drs. I hadn't taken it for three days but took half of a 10-325 4 hrs before my test. Will it show that I had none in my system or show as not enough? I also had marijuana the night before and drank a lot of water. Will I be asked for a pill count? Or to redo the test? I was changed to oxycodone without the acetaminophen at the visit. ## My doc prescribed 10mg narco 3x a day. I actually need 4x a day to effectively manage my pain. I'm going to run out a week before my appt. How will my urine test show up? Will it appear as though I have not taken any even though I have taken them 3x for the three weeks? Thank you

I know a urine test will show the norcos I'm taking I have a prescription, does it show how many I'm taking in a day or does it just show positive? I take percocet 10 mg 5 times a day, i went back home for a week and didn't take all my meds so i ran out of Percocets. I had to take a bus 22 hrs and my back was killing me. I took a 30 mg ER friday morning and one on Saturday morning. I never take those and now I'm worried about my urine test at my pain clinic on Thursday morning. I never take illegal drugs and normally only take what I'm prescribed except for those two pills. Do you think it will show up on urine test on Thursday morning if I took the last morphine pill on Saturday morning? I have never done this before nor will i ever do it again. Most standard urine tests do not, they just test for drug classes and concentrations, such as opiates, Benzodiazepines and Amphetamines. Are you currently taking some sort of opiate? I am prescribed 10 mg Norco's 4x per day, 10 mg Valium 3 x daily, topical lidocaine and benzocaine, 50 mg of duloxetine per day, 50 mg of amitriptyline per day, 2 mg estradiol per day, I use a pro air inhaler which has albuterol, Ibuprofen as needed, melatonin as needed, and an iron pill. The problem is I just took a drug screen for work and they did a dip test which showed up positive for morphine, Oxy, and benzodiazepines. I have never taken OxyContin or oxycodone before. I have never taken morphine before with the exception of a post surgical drip three years ago. I know the Valium shows up as a benzo but why would my hydrocodone or whatever show up as morphine and Oxy? My pain dr tests me of course and he doesn't give me nearly half of what my now non-practicing dr gave me for bulging disc and osteoarthritis in my l4 and l5 and s1 discs. I'm always in pain and 3 oxy 16 mg don't work when the topamax he gave metabolizes it so quickly. When taking a urine drug test, will vicodin show up the same as morphine? ## No it will not. Hydrocodone is a semi-synthetic opioid medication. It's currently synthesized from thiabine and as such is no cross reactive with reagents used to detect opiates such as codeine and morphine. Everything under the sun seems to register for false positives: poppy seeds, Zantac OTC, melatonin, SSRIs, tricyclics, Wellbutrin, ibuprofen, certain vitamins and minerals.
