I recently was changed to embeda30mg time released from 30mg ms cotton time released. I know why the change an I think it was genius. Is there a big change in the pain relief or does it work better? I'm all in on safety and the more meds.they can do this to is fantastic. Any way just curious about the change in my meds. ## Hello, Sunshine! How are you? Just like with any other medication, it varies from person to person, there are some people that have found it works great and others got no pain relief from it. The only way to see how it works for you is by trying it. Have you taken it, yet? The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipat...

I have been talking ms cot. 30mg timed release for 8yrs. My doctor put me on embeda 30mg cap. timed release. How long do they last? I think it is a wonderful thing they did. Maybe we will see the overdose of people really drop. The embeda really works, don't be afraid to try them. I would tell everyone who has to change it works! Don't worry it's better, really. Change is good, just think of all the people who will live and not die. I think it's wonderful. Thank you for your time. ## Hello, Sunshine! How are you? I am being switched from methadone 10mgs 2x a day with narco 10/325 4x a day for a drug called EMBEDA 50mg morning, and 30mg at night. with narco 7.5 as break through medicine. The medicines I were already taking started to be not working so well after so many years. This drug is very new and don;t know, because I still have to go through some withdraws, and. Was wondering if anyone knew about this Embeda? Or, any ideas? ## Embeda is a combination of Morphine and Naltrexone. Naltrexone is to try and reduce abuse. I have put a link to the FDA info below. Hello At pain clinic recently and they changing me from fentynal 75mcg 1 every 3 days to embeda 60. The pharmacy having problems filling this due to work comp restrictions so they send me HCD 30mg until they can get embeda filled. Is this equivalent in pain reduction as the fentynal? reason i ask is im in alot more pain than usual. It takes effort to walk, my knees, hips, back, shoulders hurt really bad, Im currently taking this medication because of problems with knees, hips, back and right shoulder. ## OT os very doubtful that the pain relief is equivalent. Fentanyl is really the strongest narcotic analgesic on the market, it is 80 times stronger than Morphine, which is what is in the Embeda. The Hydrocodone is yet another step down on the pain relief scale, from the Morphine. I mean t...

morphine sulf er round tablet (green color) 30mg I usually get a laverder tablet from ethex, but now it is from endo and it is not working as well. ## My question is why does it work as well as the laverder ones I used to get? ## I met to ask why does'nt it work as well as the lavered morphine sulf er 30mg that I used to get Caues now I am getting the green Morphine Sulf er 30mg and they do not work hardly at all. ## its prob because the purple ones are extended release. also different morphine pills work different like the 60's and 100 don't work as good as the purple 30's do for me. its the fillers and whether they put they gel stuff in there or not ## I help test and have been using embeda 30 - 1.2 mg since it came on market. I take it for Chronic Fibromyalgia. It gav...

I don't like the morphine. My opana worked wonderfully but of course now I can't take it because of those who are abusing it. My dr has been cracked down on about U/A's that come back positive for anything (mine was marijuana) and he won't refill my script until I pass the U/A next week. My question is, how can a dr just take you off a big drug and leave you to go through severe withdrawals? My worst symptom is the migraines. I've had one for 7 straight days and can't sleep or even eat. I have diarrhea all the time and don't feel good in general. ## You're not alone. I've been on methadone for many years and due to insurance issues my Dr has had to switch me to Embeda. I tried morphine by itself several years ago and I know I don't do well on it. ...
