I have a drug test in 126 hours (about 5 days). I party daily but not all day long. I need some advice on what I can do in order to pass this test. I have terrible anxiety and need to get some feedback from other people who know the facts and/or have been in this same situation. It isn't that simple though.... I have not used Cocaine in 4 months. I relapsed, using 5 lines. I am taking a ton of detox formulas. I did a very small amount of cocaine (called it a key bump). First time ever, on a Wednesday very late night. Was drinking too. NEVER did it before. On Friday I got a sinus infection went to doctor got Z-Pak antibiotics. All g with a nose spray and was taking alka seltzer cold medicine. Drank a lot of water while sick. A pain contol doctor did a drug test. Said I had cocaine in my system and I have never ever tried/used/inhaled it ever. But I'm on Fentanyl 50 mg patc and I don't always remember to change it every 3 days. That showed up NEGATIVE on the test. That should have been positive and the cocaine negative. Can Lortab make you test positive for cocaine on a urine test? ## Cocaine: you dont have to worry about a false positive so much. But opiates you will most deffinetly show up if you have taken lortab in the past few days. ## He is correct about opiates and they stay in your system about 72 hours ## If you have been taking them long term, then they will stay even longer than 72 hours. ## It depends on the test and who's testing you. A simple 5 panel drug test for pre-employment wouldn't show hydromorphone on the Opiates section of the test. For most employers at least. A pain clinic checking to see what you have in your system would test for the synthetic opiates like oc, lortab, etc.

I totally disagree. Whn I was younger I was an active heroin user & the whole 3-5 days 4 urine was correct but tests have changed these days itook a urine recently after 3 wks of takin 4 30mg roxys & it showed up!! I was clean off heroin 4 yrs but have been on suboxone. The Dr said it can pick up traces 4 awhile after takin pills or heroin/cocaine but obviously wouldn't tell me how long. i have been off crack since may 2000, I have never slipped nor relapsed. It has been a struggle, but well worth it. I was taken off 9 years of Methadone regimen for cronic pain around October 2013. I have been on different pain meds settling on ROXY-CODONE 15for past 6 months. I havent done all of that @ one time, im prescribed vicodin,soma,xanax & klonopine. But I was @ a friends & out of my meds. She gave me a methadone, later she gave me a line of cocaine & an adderall.
