I have been abusing Opana 40mg each day for 2 months or so. I have recently cut down my intake to a quarter(10mg) every few days. I recently quit for 5 days and then snorted a half (20 mg) on saturday night @ 11 pm. I have a urine analysis on monday @ 3pm. Will it appear on the results? What can i do to ensure that i pass the test? I have been snorting 20s, 30s & 40s on a daily basis for 2 months now. Usually just one whole pill of one of these three diff mgs seperated throughout the day for sever lower back pain. I am finally being referred to a pain clinic but just need to make sure this will be out of my system before they admit me & take a urine speciman.. Hello I was just wondering since Adderall can stay in your system for up to 5 days. If its possible since Adderall is a stimulant. Since stimulants make you're metabolism higher. Would there be any change at all for a person who regularly takes 40mg XR in the early morning.Then they would also take the same dose in the afternoon the XL again or maybe the regular instant. I took a quarter of a 8 mg sub this morning early. I go to a pain clinic an get 4G dilaudid. Will I pass a test Friday? ## Suboxone typically stays in your system for 4 days, and 2 mgs of subs is actually a fairly high dosage. Don't quote me on this, but I've heard it's relative to 40-50mgs of oxycodone. As for the test, do you know if they do a buprenorphine test? Typically that has to be tested for separately if they're doing a standard 5-9 panel dip test. If its sent to the lab though, there's a good chance it will show up.
