I took one 7.5 hydrocodone about 10:30 this morning and have to take a drug test on the 20th that morning. I have a prescription for them from my dentist. But want a clean test. ## I took one 7.5 lortab yesterday and this morning ate 3 pickles with pickle juice this am. Along with drinking water. There are, however, individuating factors that always come into play, such as your overall health, individual metabolism, activity levels and etc. The time frame was over a week, so in theory, you should have been fine. For a hair test, Hydrocodone can be detected for up to 90 days after your last dose. And for a saliva test, up to 1-10 days after your last dose. I'm having some trouble. I'm currently on probation, and I broke my thumb 4 days ago. Three days ago I took a Hydrocodone for the pain (without a prescription.) I drank a lot of water to try and flush it out. But today I took a small quarter of an Oxycontin 30 mg for the pain. My question is how long is this gonna be in my system? I took a quarter of a 10 mg Lortab one day ago, will I be okay for a drug test tomorrow? ## Hi drob, I don't know what type of drug test you're going to be taking, but Lortab (Hydrocodone) can usually take up to 3-4 days to be out of your system for a urine test. In my opinion though, based on the amount taken, you should be fine within that 48 hours. I have also heard of other patients getting this drug out of their system in only 2 days time and they reportedly took more than you did. So I think the odds are certainly in your favor to pass. I have been taking hydrocodone 10 mg 3x a day for a year and I was just wanting to know if it would be out of my system in 4 days? ## 1st, why do you need them out of your system? 2nd, maybe, it depends on your body, you can try to flush with cranberry juice. If this is for a drug test for a job and they are your prescription you can tell them you are prescribed the pills and they won't hold it against you

My advise Would be drink water till you are pissing clear, and 4-5 hours before your test take a few b complex vitamins with some creotine suppliment to avoid a diluted looking sample. I have to take a hair follicle drug test and I have a script for Hydrocodone. About 2 months ago I had a horrible infection in my mouth and I took 2 percocet 5/325 mg. over a week period for the pain. My script for this was expired. This is a pre employment screen and I want this job in the worst way. I'm so worried about the drug test. How long before Adderall, Vicodin, Oxycodone, Concerta clear my system for a urinalysis? And are vicodin and oxycodone related drugs? (Opiates, for the purpose of a screen?) Would consumption of pickle juice, and alot of water help in flushing system for minimal and not habitual doses? ## All of the medications you mentioned are detectable for 4 to 5 days, after use for a standard urine test and yes, on a standard test, it would just detect the presence of opiates, not the specific ones, so the Hydrocodone in the Vicodin and the Oxycodone would both show up as the same thing. Increasing your water intake can help, but you shouldn't overdo it, either and I am sorry, but I have no information on using pickle juice and I can't help but think it wouldn't taste very good, either....
