Hl Small Round White Pill

I've tried looking this up on the internet but with no luck. It has HLO2 on 1 side and nothing on the other. It's white and round. Not sure if it's a zero or an O. I found a white round tablet that says HL on one side and the other is blank. Can’t find any info when searching. What is it? ## What is this pill? I can't find information on it anywhere either. ## It's likely not a standard US prescription drug, otherwise it would be relatively easy to ID. Could be over the counter. Could be a supplement. Could be a foreign medication. Do you have any inklings as to what you are expecting it to be? Such as any packaging or labeling on the container?

I found these pills amongst my stuff and I'd like to figure out what the heck they are!! I've search high and low on the internet and cannot find a darn thing leading me to believe they may be illicit or something idk. Please help. I found this pill on the floor in my bathroom. I’ve never seen it before but I picked it up and put it in my room (I have a 6 year old that could have picked it up and put it in his mouth so I was worried) and found the words/letters HL03 on the front and nothing on the back. I had some friends stay with me for a bit so I’m hoping it’s like some sort of allergy pill. But you never know. Please get back to me as soon as u can since I still let these people come to my house sometimes

I found it in my house here in Hawaii, called every pharmacy and they have no idea what it is ## The imprint is just Z 20? If so, I can't find a listing for this anywhere, either. What that makes me suspect is that it's probably something that's available over the counter, since those imprints aren't required to be logged with the FDA like the ones on prescription medications. I HAVE 2 BOTTLES OF METFORMIN HCL TAB 500MG. ONE BOTTLE HAS WHITE ROUND TABLET A/12 ON IT AND THE OTHER HAS WHITE OVAL TABLET a logo and 4331/500 ON IT. ARE THESE THE SAME MEDICATIONS? slovakofarma hlohovec and -lika on the part of the blister pack.- the tab has 5 on one side, other side is scored. i only had 2 tabs they were same size as diazepam but white.
