This pill was in my bottle of metformin from the pharmacists.i only noticed because it was just a bit smaller than the metformin. What is it? ## I actually came across a half white and half pink oblong shaped pill imprinted "E648" that is identified as Diphenhydramine hydrochloride 25 mg. You didn't mention pink being part of the color, but it's the only match that comes up under that description. Manufacturer: Sandoz Pharmaceuticals Inc. National Drug Code (NDC): 00185-0648 I'd probably suggest taking it over to your local pharmacy to have them check it out if this doesn't sound like it fits the bill. I found a half white oblong pill with one side ending in the number 65 and the other side ending with the number 6 ## Hi Puma, With only half a pill the other numbers could be anyone's best guess, but I did come across a couple pills that may be suspects: The first is a white oblong pill with 6469 on one side of the pill and a V on the back. If you were to cut it in half you'd have a 6 on one half and a 64 on the other half. It contains 10mgs of Zolpidem tartrate by Qualitest Pharmaceuticals. The second is also a white oblong pill with M365 on one side and scored on the back. If this pill was divided you'd have 65 on one half and maybe half of an M on the other that could in some way or another be mistaken for a number depending what sort of condition the pill is in. I have found a capsule that is yellow on the lower half and white on the upper cap. I found some white pills. Oblong, the number 5 on one side, the other side is scored down the middle. The letters BP on half and the numbers 648 on the other half. Yes this little Peach tablet is Zolpidem I take these but I don't like them because I still wake up twice during the night and I'm Up by 4 a.m. and can't get back to sleep I used to take the same medication but in a small white tablet and I only needed half of one and I would sleep all night long I don't know if it's the manufacturer that makes him or not but this one is by Torrent.
