Please advise. ## It is just a vitamin E supplement, so there's really no known harm in doing so, other than that it will make your hair oily, since it is an oil. If you're sensitive to it, you may get some skin irritation. It will work just as well taking it orally as it would by applying it directly to your hair, because both the hair and skin take awhile to improve and it must be done from the inside out. Do we have to break this capsule or dissolve it in warm oil, or can we use any type of hair oil? Also, is there any side effects if I apply it on my hair or scalp? Lastly, how much of a gap should we have in between doses (i.e. once a week or daily)? ## I used to break up 400mg evion capsule and drop half of it in hair oil and then apply it on my scalp almost twice a week. Is there any side effect of it. As i have unusual headache frm 3 dyas now.

Can we use evion 400 vitamin e black capsules to dye white hair.Is it true ?If it is, is it safe for our eyes and scalp. ## It is just a nutritional supplement that contains Vitamin E, it will not dye your hair. Even if it is in black capsules, there isn't enough dye in the capsule construct to dye your hair. How to use evion green tablet... 1) to intake every day or periodically 2) to apply gel which comes in gree capsule for eg by cutting the capusle and extracting gel from the capsule and then apply/massage to face. ## You can do both the ways.. These tablets can be taken orally and applied to hair and skin directly. I suggest you do both but make sure u mix it with olive oil before applying it on your face.
