round light green pill with mu12 on one side

Pill is round and light green with a capital M on one side with u12 below the m, the other side is blank and the pill is not scored. ## I have been taking these pills for almost 4 weeks now at 150mg (bupropion SR made by MYLAN), twice daily (300mg total) & they said it would help with the sexual side effects of my daily dose of Lexapro (20mg). It's not working. I have been really disappointed. Should I continue to take them or have my doctor change me to something else... all these questions are running through my mind. I went to look at the MYLAN company who makes them & they don't even have a picture of the pill! As a matter of fact, I couldn't find it on either... At the risk of sounding paranoid, I think there's something up with this drug. Anyone r... ...

dark green pill with M, no other identification.

I found several dark free, circular pills with either a M or W printed on one side. No imprints on the other side. Can you please identify? Thanks. ## Hi concernedmom, Based on the description provided, I've identified your pill as a 240mg Mylanta tablet, containing a combination of aluminum hydroxide + magnesium hydroxide + simethicone. The correct marking is actually an "M" as you first mentioned. Mylanta is an over the counter antacid used for treating symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux disease; including heartburn, gas, and acid indigestion. And for verification, the manufacturer is reported to be Johnson & Johnson/Merck Pharmaceuticals, who seem to be on some sort of joint venture. I hope this helps! ...

Which is the better pill? I know there both 1 mg but is one better than the other? I'm just wondering is all. ## Hello, Rugbug! How are you? No, they are both just manufactured by different companies. This is very common with generics, because it helps create market competition to keep prices lower. The one with the R logo is manufactured by Actavis and the one with the M logo is manufactured by Mylan Pharmaceuticals. The FDA classifies this medication as a benzodiazepine that is most commonly used to treat anxiety and nervous disorders. It carries the risk of being habit forming and could cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache and irritability. Is there anything else I can help with? ## To be honest I've noticed the bigger the pill the better it works the small... ...

I take Omeprazole which was a peach and beige capsule. Now I have received a blue-green capsule and am experiencing a rash on my neck and under my chin. Should I be concerned? ## Hello, Sandra! How are you? A skin rash can be a normal side effect of this medication, as reported by the FDA, but you may also experience nausea, flatulence, and stomach pain. However, it is always best to have it checked out by your doctor, in case you may be experiencing and allergic reaction. Has it gotten any worse? ...

Round, Lt Green, large letter M on one side, L 26 on other side. New prescription, does not seem to work! ## Pill Image It is Lisinopril 40mgs. However, generics are allowed to differ from the name brand, in their Bioequivelence, by as much as plus or minus 20%, so that gives them a leeway of 40% to screw them up. Poor quality control at a manufacturing facility means poorly made pills and the consumer has to suffer. ## white round pill letter M on one side and L24 on the other mfg mylan ## Mylan 20 mg yellow with Markings " M " on one side and " L 25 " on the other do not work for my wife. lt green 10 mg mylan 477-is it placebo? ## Pill Image No, not a Placebo, this is Diazepam 10mgs, a generic for Valium. Are you having trouble with this pill not working? Unfortunately the FDA allows the active ingredients in generics to differ by as much as plus or minus 20% from the name brands, so if the company has poor quality control, you could have gotten a bad batch. There are also no regulations requiring that the inactive ingredients, which are used for binders and fillers, be the same at all. They can use whatever they wish for that as long as it is approved for us in drugs. So if it seems these pills have no affect on you, something in the inactive ingredients could also disagree with your body so it doesn't work as well for you as other brands would. You might want to ta... ...

switched from two-tone green omeprazole to apotex pink-red-brown with diarrhea, gas, tired and sleepy side effects. Are these side effects of switching manufactuers? ## If you weren't experiencing any of these side effects prior to switching manufacturers, then I would definitely agree that this is the root of the problem. Certain "inactive" ingredients that may or may not be present in each brand, are actually detrimental to how the drug is metabolized and used by your body. Because everyone is different, your body may respond favorably with one medication and not the other (even if they are the same drug and same dosage), due to how you feel or based on whatever side effects present themselves. When you switch brand names or manufacturers the drug itself doesn't change... ...
