I found a green oval pill with N on one side and 15 on the other. What is it? Can't seem to find the oxycodone 15 mg with a dark green pill any more. I was getting it from the pain center and they went to a light green pill that no longer works. I've tried two other drug stores, and have the same result. My doctor believes my body has adapted to it an wants to go to a stronger drug, I don't believe this is it at all. What does a roxycodone 15 mg immediate release look like.. I was prescribed this today. I had hip surgery and was sent home with a little green pill with a m in a box on one side and a 15 on the other. Is this the same thing? My bottle says oxycodone 15 mg..
