OVAL GREENISH BLUE PILL WITH MRK ON ONE SIDE AND 096 ON THE OTHER ..WHAT IS IT? ## I want to know what this pill that is oval and a blue green with the markings on one side of mrk and the other side 096 is. What is it being used for and any other information you can give me. ## Cheryl, did you ever figure out what that pill is? I just found a green oblong pill mixed in with my meds that says MRK on one side and 951 on the other and I have no idea what it is. ## MRK 960 (You were looking at it upside down!) contains 100mgs of Losartan, a generic for Cozaar. This is most commonly used to treat hypertension. Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, headache and diarrhea. When they gave me medications in this class at the hospital ER, they all caused SEVERE headaches. You can rea... ...

Found pills that are oval shaped that are marked with 136, they are bluish / green close to the same color as Nyquil, maybe a little lighter. lettering is white printed on one side only. No other markings, does anyone know what they may be? Thanks for any help at all. ## Given this description, I am inclined to suspect that they are something that's available over the counter. That would also explain why I've been unable to find it listed in any databases. Does anyone recognize these? I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. There are some 200mg Ibuprofen liquid gels available as generics for Advil or Motrin, so this might be one of those. The FDA classifies it as a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that's used to treat pain, fever and swelling. Its... ...

Almost one inch long. 1/4 inch high. Solid green with no makings on it at all. Oval. Deep green almost like a forest Green. ## If there are no markings, it may be difficult to determine exactly what this is, but I will keep looking. We can rule it out as being a U.S. prescription medication, since they are all required to have markings to enable their identification, however, it could be any one of a large number of over the counter items. There is also a small chance that it could be a foreign medication. Where was it found? ## I found a baggie of large dark green oblong shaped pills with no markings in my son's room. He first said they were magnesium pills and then said they were vitamins he got from our kitchen. I know they were not vitamins from our kitchen, and since he felt th... ...

What is the s302 pill used for its oval and like a light greenish blue ## Hi joey, Are you sure you didn't mean to say "S 902" instead of "S 302"? I'm not seeing any specific details for a pill marked "S 302", but "S 902" is a green oval pill as you described it to be. This particular tablet contains 1mg of Alprazolam, made by Dava Pharmaceuticals. And to answer your question, Alprazolam is a benzodiazepine class drug widely used for treating anxiety, panic disorders, and depression. You can also learn more about this drug on the page for Alprazolam Details I hope this helps! ...

I take these on a regular basis. And yes for sure it is GENERIC XANEX 1 MG. But you are right it is 902 NOT 302. Sometimes when I look at them the 9 on these can kind of look like a 3, so I can see how someone could mistake it for 302 instead of 902 because the same thing has happend to me. ## Hello, Jess! How are you? Thank you for pointing this out and yes, people often misread the numbers on these tablets. The FDA classifies Xanax as a benzodiazepine that is most commonly used to treat nerve and anxiety disorders. It carries the risk of being habit forming and could cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache and irritability. Is there anything else I can help with? ...

Light green oval shape with NC, nothing on the back. Looks kind of like blackish speckles on it. I am trying to find out what it is. I found it outside of my home. ## Hello, Kim! How are you? There is a company called Nature's Cure, they make over the counter natural supplement remedies that are sold in various stores and vitamin shops, one example would be their 2 part acne remedy system, they have one for males and one for females. The problem, however, is that they use the NC logo on all of their products, so unfortunately, I cannot identify this tablet for you. The FDA cautions that these natural remedies and supplements are not FDA approved, nor are they guaranteed to actually help with anything. Is there anything else I can help with? ...
