WHY ARE THERE SO MANY DIFFERENT PILLS WITH THE SAME IMPRINT? I'VE READ THAT H367 IS MADE BY BOTANIC CHOICE FOR YEAST RELIEF. AND NOW YOU PEOPLE SAY THAT IT IS A GROWTH HORMONE TREATMENT. WHAT GIVES. ARE ALL THESE JUST SUGAR PILLS? S***! ## Tomski there can be a number of over the counter or foreign pills with the same imprint because the FDA doesn't require them to carry unique imprints the way that prescription drugs are. I hope this info helps and best wishes. ...

chantix works on gambling addiction as well

I was addicted to internet slot games for 4 years. I am on my 3rd week of Chantix and have deleted all the games and blocked them. It actually makes me sick to think about playing them. All urges are gone as well with going to the casino to play real slots. Chantix is wonderful! The only thing that bothers me with this drug is not being able to sleep but otherwise it's great! ## @Cinderella, Congrats on quitting the gambling. After 4 years, I can imagine that habits like this would be difficult to walk away from. How does Chantix make you feel after you take it? Does it cut off certain pleasure points in the brain that may be associated with an addictive behavior? I've only heard about its use in helping people to quit smoking, but it sounds like its mechanism of action has a br... ...

did anyone work their way up from 25 mg once a day to lesson side affects

My doctor's game plan is to bring me up very slowly, 25 mg/day for maybe 3 days, then 25 two times a day for a couple of weeks, and over a very long period of time up to 150 because I was very sensitive to my first dose of 50 mg. I was beyond tired and felt very sedated - kind of like being drunk or whatever. never would have been able to drive in that condition. ## Hello, Susan! How are you? That is with these types of medications, especially if someone is sensitive to the side effects. It's even commonly done when someone is taking them to control seizures. Common side effects may include nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, mood swings and weight changes. Is there anything else I can help with? ...

Older and not looking for a high. just looking for a orthopedic, but can't get in for 3 weeks. Had half my thyroid what should be expected?

In December I had half my thyroid removed, what now? Besides recovery from the cancer/not cancer game they did while I was playing the wiating game with the dr's.. Measurements is the stage? who thought this s*** up? It wasn't funny, and I would have prefered straight up answers, from liscenced professionals. Multiple biopsy's ..scared the snot out of us.. over a non functioning enlarged thyroid... calling it a tumor.. glad we kept our business to our selfs.. ## I'm very sorry for the scares you had to endure, may doctors seem to be fatalists and assume the worst immediately, which isn't always fair to their patients. Is that just what they're doing for now, checking your thyroid hormone levels regularly? Learn more thyroid hormone details here. Unfortunately, it... ...

fentanyl. Anyone having trouble getting the MyLAN brand??

I have been switched through my insurance to another pharmacy from CBS who always managed to game my brand and strength available on script day ( pretty important when you live as far from town as I do!!) At any rate all of my choices left had less than 5 patches or could no longer even obtain the Patch I was left getting the archaic WATSON 100 PATCH I HATE THESE?! This canny just be a local shortage? It must be at least chain store common, or was it a glitch and there are plenty around. I bought they even stopped making this kind of Patch because of abuse??!! Frustrated with Fentanyl! Ha ha ## This doesn't necessarily mean that there is a shortage, it's just likely that Mylan was offering a cheaper price, when they pharmacy needed to restock their supply, so that's what was... ...

Lyrica and Fibro...I need HELP, no one knows anything..

My Dr diagnosed me with Fibro almost 2 years ago. I took a drug last year playing the insurance game. It was an anti-depressent and I swear to you it made my crazy! I am sensitive to drugs that alter my mind and that was the worst. But the insurance insisted I needed to take it before they would give me a Fibro med. It was so bad I refused to take anything till this year. I live in Western PA and to say our weather is bi-polar, well thats an understatment. So I have been in a rather painful flair for about 4 months now. I decided to start lyica. Here is where it is fun. My Dr knows nothing about the drug. The pharmisist knows nothing about the drug and appearently no one thought that starting me out at 300mg a day was a bad thing. After 2 pills I was a MESS. I couldn't drive because... ...

Fentanyl Withdrawal - Day 7 w/ intermittent Norco: Anyone have ideas how much longer?

I was on 75mcg since about March of 2013 for a comp injury. It was a game changer b/c it allowed me to walk again, pain free. But, in the end it became a necessary evil. Drs wouldn't touch me b/c I was on it. No pain control after surgeries, etc. I've wanted off of it for some time and finally started a taper a few months back under the supervision of a pharmacist and doctor. The plan was to taper me down a little then switch me to the Butrans patch. HOWEVER, due to comp/insurance issues, I was forced to STOP it completely at a 50 mcg as of Friday, tho I was given Norco to take the edge off. Night before last was the worst. My body wouldn't "settle down", if you will, but there wasn't a damn thing I could do about it. I also had a new type of pain in my hands/cal... ...

Mallinckrodt Roxicodone Availability

Why does it seem that the availability of Mallinckrodt's Roxicodone is like the flip of a coin? It's like a guessing game if they decide to make it and get orders out. Are they even still making 30 mg Roxicodone? ## At any given pharmacy, the generic they carry really depends on the price set forth, when they need to restock their supply. Pharmacies generally use a vendor, then order in whatever generic the vendor lists as offering the cheapest price, at that time. Thus, the one you receive may change from prescription fill to prescription fill. They do this to help keep prices down for those that do not have prescription coverage. The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipat... ...

white rectangle pill g 322

It's a xanax aka sticks.. depending on who, what, where, when & how you get it is how it's priced, it sucks but hey you know the you know what they say don't hate the Player, hate the Game!! ## Get a Life! ## @Eddy, You should probably just leave him be. There's really no need to get worked up about those antics.. All he did was try and identify this pill. For what it's worth, the correct marking is actually G 3722 as opposed to G 322. But yes, it is in fact Alprazolam 2 mgs; used for anxiety. Does anyone happen to know who the manufacturer is as well? ...

How to deal with the doc - suggestions

First off I have been reading on MedChat about new restrictions doc's are going to need to follow if they wanna stay in the pm game. Please only answer if you know what these rules are and you can name your source along with your answer. Secondly I need some suggestions on how I can get my doc to up my script even if it's only by a tablet or 2. Currently I am on 4 60mg MS Contin daily along with up to 2, 2 15mg of Oxycodone IR 4x a day. My doc has stated to me several times that he does not like adjusting IR meds and then lastly my pm doc has asked me when we are talking about these things if he thought I could do better elsewhere in town. MY ANSWER IS NO BUT I KEEP THAT TO MYSELF. I have been on the same dose for 2 years. If it matters the doc is a certified specialist and I li... ...

Finding a new doctor who will prescribe Vyvanse in Missouri

Hello, I am 39 years old and have been prescribed vyvanse for almost 8 years. Being diagnosed with this as an adult was a game changer for me in so many ways and what I have been able to achieve. Unfortunately, I'm tired of feeling like I'm bothering someone no matter if I'm calling to schedule an appointment, have a question regarding medication or God forbid you would like to speak to the doctor themself. Some of the things I have put up with are mind blowing but I don't know how to find another doctor and I'm afraid of being off my medications. I am a better person, mother, friend, daughter ect.. as long as I do not slip up on appointments and continue to take my meds daily. Anyone with any advice is appreciated! ## Trying to find a doctor to prescribe Adderall or... ...

trying to get free from opiate use

Young people who use opiates are unaware of the road ahead. It's not a joke. If you're not in terrible pain please don't use opiates. Fun and games? Getting high? YOU HAVE NO BUSINESS TOUCHING THESE OPIATES PRESCRIBED FOR PAIN. The price you have to pay is enormous. Trying to function without these chemicals once you depend on them is extremely difficult. I love you and I don't even know you. I hate it that young people who don't know better find a doctor who doesn't care what happens to them and these people spend years of discomfort and/or outright torture trying to get clean. Please, believe me. No pain - no pills. The high is definitely not worth the low. And please trust me, you go so low you don't want to know. ...

Xanax, Doxepin,

My son died of an overdose. It all started with Xanax. The problem is, eventually one is not enough. My son wanted to sleep, now his sleep is forever & my broken heart will never heal. Its not a thrill game, once you are hooked you are on the threshold of death. I will never see him marry or father a child, or engage in the sports he loved so much. Life can be great if you look at it through sober eyes. Listen to the instructions not to mix alcohol & pills, the combo is lethal. ## Devistated, I am so sorry to hear about your son. My only brother died from an alcohol overdose and my only sister from a drug overdose. When my sister died I developed a severe case of PTSD. This was over 16 years ago and I have had to take a benzodiazepine every day ever since. At first I was on a lo... ...
