It's a capsule-shaped white pain pill and on one side its says G 32 and on other side it says 500. Someone said it was a hydrocodone pain pill and wanted information on that pill but I couldn't find a pill with those marking under hydrocodone. I was taking Lortab 10-325, went to my doc today and he gave me Lortab 10-500MG, what is the difference? My husband takes the Hydrocodone/Apap 5-500MG Tablet by Mallinckrodt. When we went to a different drug store, they gave us Hydrocodone/Apap 10-325. The drug store says it's the same as Hydrocodone/Apap 5-500MG. This can't be true? ## Well, no, obviously not, this is clearly a different dosage of the medication. The first tablet he was receiving contained 5mgs of the narcotic Hydrocodone and 500mgs of Acetaminophen. The new one contains 10mgs of the Hydrocodone and only 325mgs of Acetaminophen, so it is completely different and not equivalent at all.
