white pill with 44413 on one side nothing on other side ## I'm sorry, but I can't find a listing for this in any of the databases. I am sure this is because it is an over the counter product. The pills marked with a 44 followed by 3 additional numbers are all OTC items and the company makes many of them. Does anyone else recognize this?

taken instead of foloc acid ## I went to my doctor complaining of pain in my left leg and hip. I was diagnoised with a compressed nerve in my spine. I'm am scheduled for an MRI in 4 days. In the meantime I've been perscribed METANX TABLET PAM for Neuropathy, and GABAPENTIN 300 MG CAPSULE APO for leg pain. My insurance company will not pay for the METANX. MY question is Is METANX just a bunch of vitimins and not considered a drug by the insurance companies? Also what is the chance of this product doing anymore for me than over the counter vitamins that I could probably better afford? ## It is best to speak with your doctor about it, there may be a specific reason they want you to take these ones. Prescription vitamins are often higher in nutrients than OTC ones. ## Thanks for rep...

had asthma and panic attack got given six round hot pink tablets ## Hi ellie, Based on your description, the closest match I'm finding is Singulair (5mg), which is primarily used in the treatment of asthma. It happens to be a round pink pill as well, but has the following markings: "SINGULAIR" on one side and "MRK 275" on the other. Manufacturer: Merck & Company Inc. National Drug Code (NDC): 00006-0275 Do you recall there being any imprints on the pill?

I have been taking Metanx for about 6 months and it was working ok. I Recently lost my job and when I went to my Poditrist he told me of a new medicine that can save me a lot of money. So I decided to go to my pharmacist and get it. The name of the medicine is Folinic Plus. It cost me $16.00 for 30 tablets. What a savings! I also like the tablet form. I'm hoping it works. ## Hello, Sparky! How are you? Thank you for your very valuable post. Many people have had complaints about the price of Metanx. Folinic Plus is listed as being very similar, though not identical. It contains Vitamin B6, B9 and B12, it used as a supplement and sometimes to help support nerve health. Since it is potent, some people experience nausea, after taking it, according to the company website. Are there any q...

I would like to know why I have this drug metoprolol succinate ER 25 if it was recalled. Is it now considerred safe? Has the lawsuit been heard yet? I want off of this stuff and am so ticked that my doctor not only put me on it but never explained any symtoms, or how it should be taken. Where does responsibility begin with a Doctor today? ## A doctor is not a pharmacist and does not have the same schooling. Most doctors prescribe medications according to safety and efficacy, they usually know very little about the side effects or any other information on it. That said, the recall ONLY affected tablets manufactured by one company, not ALL! Since it is a generic medication, it is made by several different companies. As to how to take it, you should follow the instructions provided by your...

I have been taking Iberet-Folic 500mg. since 1975. I was expecting my fourth baby and prenatal vitamins made me sick. There was no problem buying them with a prescription until about 2005 or 2006. The Pharmacist told me that they no longer carried them. He told me to try Iberet 500mg. without the folic acid. I tried them and they really helped but now I can't buy them at the pharmacy as of about April of this year. Also, a company named Amide made a generic form of Iberet named Multiret-Folic and they were almost as good as the brand named product. But they pulled the product off of their shelves and told me that they no longer carry the product. PLEASE HELP! Thank you, Marselle A. THE FIRST LETTERT ONE SIDE AND few lower nubers next to. Vocodine, tylenol condein. Thanks ## Are you saying it's a tablet with an L followed by 3 additional numbers? If so, I would need to know what those numbers are to give you an identification, but what I can tell is that if that is what you are talking about, it is not a prescription medication and contains no narcotics of any type. The company that manufactures those tablets only makes over the counter products.

I work for Actavis the company that manufactures these and with 100% certainty the yellow R039 are not time release, instant release only. Hope this helps ## According to the U.S. National Library of Medicine, these yellow R039 by Actavis are in fact generic 2mg Alprazolam (IR) tablets.
