Someone who works for me part time has been prescribed Flupen 250. He had a bad turn (stroke like symptoms. Lame left arm, face numb on one side & eye sight blured) about 6months back. He was seen by a local clinic in the area & kept in hospital for a day. He has full movement now, but is still sluggish. The problem is he has not been informed by the medical proffessionals what his problem is. He is now experiencing hearing loss in his left ear. His age is late 20's. ## Flupen contains the active ingredient Flupentixol, which is an antipsychotic medication that's used to treat various mental health issues. Learn more Flupen details here. Can i use Flupen 250 for flu symptoms? ## Flupen contains the active ingredient Flucloxacillin. This medication is a narrow-spectrum beta-lactam antibiotic of the penicillin class, which works by killing or stopping the growth of bacteria. Unfortunately when it comes to antibiotics, they are not indicated for the treatment of cold or flu symptoms, unless that flu happened to have originated from a bacterial infection. If you have a way of confirming this with your doctor, that would probably be the next step I would take before deciding on an appropriate treatment option. You can learn more about this drug on the page for Flucloxacillin Details I hope this advice helps!

I used to take deanxit for 15 years once every morning but it got banned in india. It was fine for me. Now I take flupenthixol (fluanxol) 50 mg everyday and it works fine, but after taking this medicine at 9 am my eye muscles above the eyes starts to get heavy by 12 pm. And if I close my eyes and rest for 30 minutes the pressure and heaviness goes away. Why does this happen? What can I do to solve this problem? Kindly advise. ## Hello, Sanjay! How are you? Drowsiness can be a normal side effect of this medication, as listed by the U.S. FDA. You may also experience nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth and weight changes. How long have you been taking it? Side effects are usually transient and tend to go away with time, once your body gets used to a medication.
