CABG was performed on me for 100% block in RCA and 89% block in LAD in year 1989. I was generally okay till about six months ago. I now get chest pain while walking fast or when there is heated discussion or any emotional distress. I have been prescribed Nikoran 5 twice daily, Flavedon MR twice daily, Clopitab A 150 once a day and Monotrate 10 twice a day. I am feeling better. But my facial skin has become dark and I get pain in the Left leg. Is ir due to sude effects of these medicines? If yes what can be done?

Sir, I am suffering from diabetes for the past 15 years. I have diabetes related problems like numbness in my feet, burning etc. Of late I started feeling very tired after walking a short distance and i also had pain in the upper part of my left hand and also in my neck. I consulted a cardiologist. He took my stress test, 2d echo and ecg. Everything was normal but he prescribed the following medicines - Zoryl M2, twice daily, Mitrocontin, 2.6mg once in the morning, Revolol XL 50mg - once in the morning, Ecosprin, 150mg - once in the afternoon, Xtor 20mg - once at night and FlavedonMR twice daily. Dear Dr. My father 65/m k/o IHD dilated ischaemic cardiomyopathy CCF DM II. takin Carvedilol (3.125 twice daily) Cardace 1.25 bed time, clavix AS150, Amaryl 1mg, Flavedon MR twice daily, Dytor 40mg 1/2 tab twicedaily. Pease suggest if there would be any side effects of the above. He feels weak & his bp remains 100/80 to 90/70. ## I am not a doctor, but I can provide you with some information. The reason he is feeling weak could be due to his blood pressure being so low, when it's hitting 90/70 this can be too low for some people and can cause symptoms such as feeling weak, dizzy and tired. I am a heart patient - had CABG about 14 years ago. Medicines I am taking are : Deplatt CV 20 (1 tab daily), Monotrate OD 50 (1 tab daily), Valzaar 80 (2 tabs daily), Nebicard 10 (1 tab daily), Flavedon MR 35 mg (2 tabs daily); for prostrate problem, I am taking Urimax 0.4 (1 tab daily); for arthritis, I am taking Folitrax 7.5 (1 tab weekly). Along with these I am taking Cobadex Czs (1 tab daily) and Folvite 5 (1 tab daily). Is Folvite 5 necessary? I understand Cobadex Czs also has 'Folic acid'. Is any of these medicines superfluous? I am 64 years old.

I've had a bypass in July 2013 & an angioplasty with one stent as my angina pain still persisted.. Even after all this my angina pain has not yet gone.. in fact I get it on rest too. I take Renolaz 500 three times a day.. Along with Betaloc 30 2ice a day, Flavedon MR 35 mg, Imdur 30 2ice a day, Ecosprin 75mg 1ce a day. My father is a 78 year old CAD patient for the last 10 years. He also became a diabetic last year. Last week he was diagnosed as having TB as well. A couple of days ago, he could not urinate. Prostrate was found to be moderately enlarged earlier. Now he is on catheter for the last 2 days. He is taking Cardivas 3.125, Cardace 2.5, Flavedon MR, Rosave 20, Deplatt A 75, AKT 4, Rantac 150, Urimax, and Aldactone (25). Can I take Clavix AS 75, Flavedon MR, Cardace 2.5 and Remyelin D, all at the same time in the morning on an empty stomach? Usually I take Clavix in the afternoon, which I miss sometimes.
