2 Topics FoundI'm getting a Bronchoscopy and I'm wondering how long a single dose of Fentanyl stays working in my system? I'm guessing three days but I'm not sure of the dose. I don't use any opiates or drugs at all but have to take a urine for a study 4 days later. If I drink plenty of water for those four days, will I be fine? thx ## According to the following Drug Use Time Table, fentanyl can be detected in urine 8-24 hrs after your last dose.
