I had swelling in my foot . My Uric acid level was 7.5 . I have taken allopurinol for 30days and zyloric 100mg for 30days . Presently Uric acid is 5.2 May I take febuxostat40 for another month or how long? I had mild skin rashes when I had taken zyloric

what is it i suffer from acute gout and allupurinol does not work just makes it worse suffered for 20 years

Has Febuxostat been approved for gout at this time? ## It does not appear that it has been approved for use yet, it was submitted in 2004, but the process takes awhile.
