Fake Pills

I had orange 36 05 pills (SB 7.5 hydrocodone / 325 acetaminophen). I noticed that they passed (in stool) almost intact. They gotta be fakes, right? ## Not necessarily, many pills contain fillers and have shells that are not intended to be broken down by the human body. They are normally expelled as waste, even though the medication itself is actually released and used. The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation, they also carry the risk of being habit forming. The main question is, did they work for you to relieve pain?

Round white and taste like chalk break easily and thick feel nothing ## @Maya, Where did you get these pills from if you don't mind me asking? I know most steroids are sold illegally online and the websites that carry them therefore do not guarantee their legitimacy, efficacy, or safety. They probably figure that it's cheaper for them to market fake pills knowing that many people out there will eventually purchase them just to take a shot in the dark regardless of whether or not its real. And that's unfortunately the nature of the situation when you take anything that's been banned or heavily controlled like steroids. The counterfeiters will keep making their rounds knowing the demand is always high. Have you not tried any safer ways to get in the shape you want to be in...

I purchased Griseofulvin Tablets 250 Mg. Package came with Grisonex /Griseoflvin. It is an oblong pill scored down the middle and 250 on the other side. Is this a real pill or counterfit? Thank you ## Hi Jeannie, From what I could gather, images depicting a legitimate version of this white oblong shaped pill, are supposed to have the word "GRIS-PEG" on one side; and on the other should be a score line with the number "250" sitting on the right half of it... much like this for example: (__|250). So depending on how you went about getting these pills, whether it was from a licensed pharmacy in the US or ordered off the internet, that would probably be a good indicator of their legitimacy. In some cases even the counterfeit pills still work, but for your own safety there...

This is a 500mg Tylenol pill. People are scratching the rest of an M to make it appear as Hyrocodone. Looks Like M 484. Just Be Aware ## @PDR 500, Thanks for the heads up. However, any legitimate patient shouldn't have to worry about this at all. Anyone can avoid such discrepancies by simply obtaining their Rx medication from a licensed pharmacy and not trying to "beat around the bush", if you will. Counterfeits are becoming much more prevalent throughout the world, as money hungry crooks try to cash in on needy pain patients. The best way to protect yourself is to remain legitimate and follow the rules, despite how restrictive they may be.

Has anyone filled their prescription for blue Watson 10/500 pills from any pharmacies over the phone? I got 90 that look like my CVS refill, but have the effect of a vitamin. Ripped off again. ## I think I was similarly scammed. The color was greenish, not blue like the regular Watson 10/500 and tasted salty. I had been called 20 times and finally succumbed. Is this your experience too. The phone number was a 305 exchange ## I purchased Norcos over the phone. Came in a vacuumed plastic bag. They were blue with WATSON 540 printed on them. The looked real but when you take them it is like you are on valium, you don't get pain relief. Purchased from a 321 exchange. Anyone else with the same experience? ## I have also received fake pills from a 321 exchange. They are not real and will n...

A friend of mine received some white watson853's I took 3 and felt nothing. And I live in a very small town in thevery middle of the US . I guess what I'm saying is they got here in new the Boones fast! ## Unfortunately fake pills are continuously being dispersed all across the country and the scary part is that they're pressed to look identical to their real counterparts; potentially containing anything from poisonous substances and illicit drugs to other harmful inactive ingredients. However if you fill your prescription at a licensed pharmacy you shouldn't have to worry about a thing. Personally, I just don't think risking one's life for such a temporary fix is worth it and I truly hope those who really need this medication consult with their doctor for a safe...

Need to know asap if this exist ... I get this from a friend ## Hello, Ray! How are you? Not that I'm aware of, I've not seen many complaints saying such, so far. This tablet is manufactured by Qualitest Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. The FDA lists this medications as being a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. However, you shouldn't take anything that has not been prescribed for you by your doctor. Is there anything else I can help with?

what o.t.c. drug most resembles an oxy coidone 15 ## There are several Oxycodone tablets on the market, so the way they look would depend on who has manufactured them. In addition, since they all have a unique imprint to enable their identification, you are not going to find an OTC item that matches that. Are there any other comments or questions?

I refilled my prescription from my PMD (pain mgmt. Dr.). I go every 2 months. No problems thus far. Been doing this for years now since my car accident. Have herniated discs..bulging discs..all the fun. This time was different though. Got the generic Watson 853 (as usual) but they do NOTHING for pain but make me feel like I'm on a a bad acid trip and incredibly sleepy. They AREN'T anything like I've been taking all these years. I usually take 1/2 pill in am and another half in afternoon. With this I'm able to function and go to work and I do not abuse these!s I'm in so much pain right now! Don't know what to do. Called Watson pharmaceutical co first and all they do is right up a report. Lawyers office (supposedly reputable but NOT) says they can't do anything...

Got a pill that had OC on the front and 40 on the back...Took it and felt nothing... Looked at pics online and noticed the 4 on the 40 imprint was different. .. the online pics has the 4 open and not joined...Actually mine looked like ( 40).. the 4 is closed not open... im thinking its fake.. ## Hello, Rufus! How are you? It most likely was, because these are no longer being manufactured. Purdue changed the formulation to help prevent abuse and the new tablets use the marking OP on them. They discontinued the original formulation with the OC on them. The FDA lists Oxycodone as being a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. It's best not to take anything that hasn...

How are you? If you received them from a licensed U.S. pharmacy, there is no reason to worry. The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation. Mexico pharmacies are faking a NUMBER of pills. A HUGE AMOUNT OF THEM are taking bottles of other medications and putting fake stickers on the bottles and selling them as other medications. For example, they take stickers of bottles of flexeril/Cyclobenzaprine and sell them as ambien! I brought a bottle back and had them tested by labs. They tested for what I thought! Cyclobenzaprine! They tried to sell me codeine, which was in fact tramadol! They also tried selling fake lortab, vicoden, etc. I didn't see those pills as I did not need them, but the stickers looked the same. The fake stickers look just like this pic. They keep a lot of fakes under the counter in a basket. So if they pull something out of a basket, not in a case, BEWARE. Know what you are getting in mexico, because I ...

Pills not working as well, have ON underlined with a 10 on the other side. anyone else having problems? ## Hi Nancy, Did you get these pills at a pharmacy or online? If you got them online, you may have gotten a generic version which could potentially be a lot less potent than the brand name variety. Based on my research, the FDA permits generic formulas to vary by as much as 20% from the active ingredients in brand formulas. Do you think this could be the case?

They just seem chalky taste and they don't work like 2mg xanax do I take one and can one and fall asleep on these i can take as many as i want and feel NOTHING. ## I have taken xanax for years. I am positive that the pill you are talking about is another generic of a 2mg xanax, xanax is chalky anyways, even the brand is. I do know from experience that different companies that make xanax use different fillers, and the fillers can cause you to feel that the pill is not working the same, especially a pill that you are acustom to taking. For example. I used to take Norco 10 for pain, they make yellow ones and white one, two completely different copanies. Even though they have the exact same ingredients, I feel that the white ones work better than the yellow ones. It's mental, at lea...

Do u now if v 48 12 are fake they r a little bigger and little liter collet blue then normal ## Hello, Bob! How are you? I cannot confirm it, because no lab reports back it up, but users have reported many fake Oxycodone tablets recently, so they could be. The FDA classifies this medication as being a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. If you received them from a licensed U.S. pharmacy, then you likely shouldn't worry. However, if they were obtained through some other source, then yes, you should question their authenticity. Is there anything else I can help with?

Cipla is a well respected company. If Cipla claims 10mg I would expect them to be 10mg. There are fake diazepams out there, I do not know if Cipla are faked (but they probably are) but I suspect most Roche Diazepam is fake since Roche no longer manufacture it AFAIK. However fake does not always equal bad or ineffective. Fake drugs can be clean or dirty or underdosed or overdosed or devoid of active compound or even contain a different though similar active compound. I have had fake Roche Diazepam that has felt far more potent than the real thing. It's a jungle out there!

How can you tell if a Vicodin 10/325 Is real? It is easier to snap in half than usual. Does that make a difference? Is there any other way to determine if they are real or not? On one side there's a V and on the other side is 36|01. They are also yellow in color. ## @Babyface, Re: "How can you tell if a Vicodin is real?" Well, first things first, I think anyone getting their meds via a doctor's prescription from a licensed pharmacy shouldn't have to worry if they're real. Licensed pharmacies don't dispense fake medication, even though they do dispense ineffective brands/generics more often than they'd probably like to admit. On the other hand, if for some reason you're not obtaining your meds in this fashion, I'm afraid the only honest way to know...

TK U ## Hello Wander Girl, I'm sorry I have been trying to find anything regarding these pills but there are so many fake turf grass companies out there that my searches are being flooded with unrelated information. Is Easy Grass the name of the company that manufactures the pills or are these some sort of wheat grass based pills?
