Fail Drug Test And Oxycodone

I am in reunification with dcf to get my daughter back. I was prescribed 40 5mg oxycodone on aug 1 due to me delivering a baby and 40 5mg oxycodone on aug 29 for my tubal ligation. I just took my hair follicle test oct 16 and it came back 22.3ng/ml. My casemanager said that it is higher than it should be. Is that true?

I have taken a total of (2) 5MG Oxycodone in the past 90 days. I recently had to get a hair follicle test done (with expanded opiates). One Oxycodone was taken about 90 days before, and the other exactly 7 days before my hair test. I am looking to see if anyone has any experience with passing / failing the hair test at these low dosages? I am not sure what the cutoff levels are, but I think it 100 PG/MG. I haven't slept in 3 days I am so nervous. Thanks for any replies. ## I had a similar issue last year and passed. However, I think the cutoff was 200 pg/mg. I heard that new tests look at 100 pg/mg, or even lower - like any trace at all. Good luck ## I know someone is a very similar circumstance. Did it show up in your test?

I was terminated from my employer because I tested positive for oxymorphone & not oxycodone, which I had prescription for percocet 10m. Does anyone know the ratio to figure this out & should I persue legal action against my former employer? Please help!!! Had a great job, now cant find anything for work cause my previous employer is telling everyone I was terminated for positive drug test!!! ## It is illegal for your boss to tell ppl you were terminated for failing a drug test. I would talk to a lawyer ## Well your sorta screwed because if no oxycodone was detected it means you were taking opana and not your oxycodone. If u had been just taking your percs you would be positive for both. Oxymorphone is a byproduct of the metabolism of oxycodone but not in the reverse.

I had an appt last month with my pain dr and they're saying my urine test showed no Oxycodone. My appt was on a tuesday at 2:30 pm and I was having a Discogram so I didn't take Med bc I didn't want to effect my pain level when I had to describe it in the procedure. I was also sick the days leading up to it. I slept all day and took no meds. The sunday before my appt i took my 3 10mg Oxycodone as usual. How in the hell was there nothing in my system??? I've now been cut off bc of it and I don't understand what happened. And btw, no I was not going through withdrawals since someone will undoubtedly say that.

Hi. I took a roxy June 20th. I have been doing heroin everyday. I been prescribed hydrocodone 5mg and have been taking that. On June 25th I had to take a drug test. I failed for opiates but failed for oxycodon too. Would the heroin have caused me to fail or the roxy for oxycodon. I have a script for Oxycodone/Acetaminophen 10/325 but I'm out, and have access to an old script of Oxycodone 10MG immediate release. If i take a DOT drug test will they show up different and cause me to fail? ## NO oxycodone will NOT show up on a dot 5 panel test. If it is an extended opiate test then yes it will most definitely flag you. A 5 panel only tests for opiates not opioids. Synthetics will NOT show up on a 5 panel test. There is so much lack of information even by "medical professionals" just try a 5 panel home test available at any pharmacy and see for yourself. ## I just went through the wait of finding out the answer to ur question, i took a dot 5 panel drug test, i expected a call from the mro, i only got a call i passed from my employer...hope this helps.

I took a pain pill that my co-worker gave me a week ago due to torn ligaments in my knees. I was contacted by a job for an interview and a hair strand drug test. I asked my co-worker what type of pain pill it was and he stated that it was an a332 which is oxycodone and acetaminophen 7.5 mg. I've never taken it before. I'm terrified that i may fail my hair testing.... ## A hair drug test is meant to show consistent use over time. A 1.5 inch sample, cut from the scalp line, will go back 90 days. If you only took one pill it will not show up on a hair drug test. ## Thank you dear..... I feel somewhat better. ## That's not true. I take Oxycodone 10/650mg and I have just stopped smoking weed a few days ago. And have a Dr appointment in a few days is there any way I can get the weed out of my system and still have the oxycodone in my system? ## Hi Kim, To my understanding, oxycodone doesn't stay in your system nearly as long as cannabis does. It should naturally be excreted from your system in a matter of days (usually within 3-5 days); while cannabis can take as long as 30-90 days for the most tolerant of users. Unfortunately, drinking a lot of water will only help the get the oxycodone out of your system faster, since it is excreted through urine. I had been sick for some time with a really bad sinus infection and massive headaches. My wife is a medical doctor so she gave me some pills the night before I went back to work. I didn't know what they were and assumed it was some antibiotics and a few aleave so I just took them. The next day I get a surprise drug test at work. Hi, I started tge suboxone program. However, I injured myself at work and still have some oxycodone 30mg. I have taken anywhere from 3 to 4 a day for 3 or 4 days. My last dose was Saturday evening around 9pm. I have a urine test on Wednesday morning at about 9:30 a.m. will the Roxy's show up in my urine test or will I pass? I took 40 mgs one day, 75 the next day, and 30 mg today. I have a drug test on the 16th and it is the 8th. I weigh 127.7 and am 5'1. I pee a lot already because I am constantly drinking water at work and I'm on my feet 8-8.5 hours a day. Will I pass? Or will I fail because of the amount I've taken? Thank you in advance. I've been on oxycodone 15mg and oxycodone 40mg long acting for over ten years. My pm Doctor drug tested my urine and is telling me I'm testing positive for hydromorphone and wants to stop giving me my pain medication. In 2011, I was diagnosed with nerve and muscle damage, hip dysplasia, degenerative athritis of the cervical spine, fibromyalgia, herniated discs in my back, and lymphomas in my back. I decided to leave the pain clinic and switch to a pcp for my pain management. Now, I was at the pain clinic two years, never failed a test, never ran short, etc. 2013, I'm at my pcp. 16 months on oxycodone 30mg 4x daily. I also take ativan, hydrochlorothaicide (sp? I am prescribed 10mg oxycodone(percocet not roxy) and take those and oxymorphone. My urine gets sent to a lab if they take it. I dont know if they test levels but I was wondering if they can tell the difference in the 2 medications or not.
