I'm trying to identify a white round pill imprinted w 445 on one side & nothing on the other, not scored. ## Hello, Jen! How are you? Is the tablet white, or pale yellow? If it's pale yellow, it's manufactured by Caraco Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 10mgs of Donepezil. This medication is most commonly used to treat dementia. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, loss of appetite, fainting and mental depression.

Brand of vitamin c ## Hi Mona, I haven't been able to find any pill with the imprint II45, could you double check that it is the correct imprint? Unfortunately, OTC medications and supplements can be very hard to locate due to the fact that the imprints are often quite vague. The closest match I've been able to find is a white round pill with the imprint IP 145. This pill contains (7.5 mg) of Hydrocodone bitartrate + (200 mg) of ibuprofen. This combination is used to treat pain and is in the drug class known as Analgesics. Manufacturer: Amneal Pharmaceuticals Are you sure that this pill contains vitamin C?

The reason I'm asking is because I can't find anything to confirm this, but I've found this marking posted on several sites as being different medications that are all from foreign sources. Thus, I am looking for something definitive on it. Thanks!

This is 30mg of codeine hcl, no Tylenol in it. These are hard to get unless you have a liver problem. There very addictive. ## Codeine is a narcotic pain reliever and, as such, it has a much of a danger of addiction as any other narcotic. I also wouldn't say they are necessarily harder to get, because they can also be prescribed by some doctors to prevent a liver problem in people that may not have one, but are at risk for it. Are there any questions or comments? ## I have a 30 mg codeine but I’m only used to taking 1 Percocet or 1 Vicodin 7.5mg. Is this pill stronger than one of them?

I think it is a generic form of Mucinex DM... i.e. guaifinesin and a cough suppressant. ## Hi Lisa, Just to let you know, the white pill you're describing marked AZ 345 is in fact identified as a Mucus Relief DM tablet, containing Dextromethorphan HBr (20 mg) + Guaifenesin (400 mg). This medicine is widely used as an expectorant and cough suppressant. Apparently it works in several ways, by thinning the viscosity of mucus, stimulating the flow of respiratory tract secretions, and also by decreasing activity in a part of the brain that causes coughing. You can learn more about this drug on the page for Mucus Relief DM Details I hope this helps!

This is the Generic BI-ROXANE which differs from the ENDO BRAND and the ENDO GENERIC, yes they have both and there appears to be no differance between the two. Infact the ENDO AND THE GENERIC ENDO both have the same co-payment with my insurance which I find very odd as the Roxane does not. I get these btw from Walgreens and I'm amazed how many generics they appear to have compared to any other drug store on the planet, ie: Ethex. The 5mg Generic by Roxane has one defferent inactive ingredient than the the IR "instant release" ENDO which is a celulose product and it makes more of a gel than the ENDO ER's "extended release" used for tamper proofing. This may be the way of the future with IR products because it's ruins to some degree the enjoyment some very few ...
