I live in springfield gardens ny 11413. Need a pham that has m contin 15. ## There are almost always shortages this time of year, due to the mandatory manufacturing limits. Thus, you may need to see if there are any alternative medications you can use for awhile. Learn more MS Contin details here. Another idea would be to see if your insurance provider has any other preferred mail order pharmacies, since they may still have it in stock. Does anyone else have any suggestions?

It has been a Godsend to me husband. who died last May. My meds for cancer and glaucoma were so costly. A fellow Navy man led us to Express Scripts. I had free coverage from the company I retired from and was paying alot above their 5% coverage for meds and doctors. I gave up that insurance to qualify for TriCare and Express Scripts and we've never been sorry. L.M. Evans

Can express scripts discuss my medicines with my dentist without my knowledge? What about hippa laws? ## Hello, Brdie! How are you? To my understanding, your doctor or pharmacist is allowed to discuss your medications with them and it is not a HIPAA violation, because they are a prescriber and there is a risk of interactions and etc. Thus, there is certain information that may be essential to your safe care that they need to know. In reality, for your own safety, you should tell them everything that you are taking, before they prescribe anything, as directed by the FDA. Additionally, when you see your doctor or dentist, you usually sign a paper acknowledging their privacy policies and when they will talk to another practitioner and what information will or will not be shared. Was there ...

express scripts has refused to pay for my butabital com. with out codeine. Why ## Hello, Lodi! How are you? I'm sorry about the problem that you're having. Did you contact them to ask why? They'd best the ones to provide you with answer. They may not have it available, it seems that it has been removed from the market, though I don't know if it's permanent or temporary.

Express Scripts is telling me they cannot get Meloxicam 15mg from the manufacturer. Is there a problem? ## Hello, Skyblue! How are you? I'm sorry, but I haven't found any information on their being a shortage or anything. Have you tried a local pharmacy? This medication is an NSAID and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache and stomach irritation.

When express scripts removed Advair from their formulary in 2014, my doctor put me on Symbicoet. I developed horrible muscle spasms in my legs. Now that I'm back on Advair these spasms have gone away ## Hello, Lynn! How are you? That is listed by the FDA as a possible side effect of Symbicort, it's resulted in some people having to stop using it, because they were so severe. I'm glad that the Advair is working better for you. Do you experience any side effects from it? Such as headache, nausea, diarrhea and dry mouth? ## I am on symbicort as well and the spasms in my legs and calves are awful, now I can make a connection after reading this

I fill ALL of my prescriptions with express scripts including my Roxicodone. I have a severe case of chronic Pancreatitis, which causes acute attacks almost every month. On top of this, which is unbelievably painful, I have 4 herniated discs in my back as well as a completely blown out left knee. I also have lingering pain from several gun shot wounds I was lucky enough to live through in Afghanistan. Express Scripts however sends my pain meds every 34 DAYS, LEAVING ME IN WITHDRAWAL, for the 1st couple months, until I started cutting the amount I took from 4 to 3 the last week, so I don't suffer too bad from pain or withdrawal. I wish I could find a legitimate pharmacy that fills my prescriptions in a timely manner and accepts my insurance. I guess serving ones country does not matt...

Why is the genetic for Imuran considered a specialty drug by Express Scripts? My husband took this med for years without being a specialty drug. Do you know why or is this just a ploy by Express Scripts to allow them to charge the patient more? ## It really depends upon them and their criteria for various medications and their coverage. Most insurance plans usually set up a certain formulary with various tiers, the lowest prices are usually for generics that have been available for a long time, and maintenance medications, then it goes up from there, depending on the availability of the medication, as well other criteria. Thus, it isn't likely to change much, even if you used a regular pharmacy, such as Walgreen's. The pharmacy, whether mail order, or physical, actually are not ...

I usually have my prescriptions filled at Walgreens but recently switched to express scripts. I have noticed that the numbers on my pills have changed from:Oval BLUE TABLET SIDE 1: AHI 4 to OVAL BLUE Tablet Marking: RDY/3 22. Does this mean the express script Glimepiride isn’t as good/or will have a different effect on me? ## No, it just means it has been manufactured by a different pharmaceutical company. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, flatulence, stomach pain, and diarrhea. How are you doing on the new one? Has there been any change?

What options are out there to get Wegovy ASAP? Anyone using Ticare (Express scripts)? Will the military get it quicker? I'm at the point that I need to move up to the 0.5mg dose and don't want a break in usage. Drug stores are on backorder.

I got a temporary citalopram script from CVS and the pills were white. Then I received another script from express scripts & the pills are pink. Why the difference? ## What are the markings on them? Can you please post back and clarify? Thank you! The color is actually irrelevant and is entirely up to the manufacturer's whit and whim. Since this is a generic medication, it is manufactured by several different companies, so the color, shape, size and markings may vary. The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and weight changes.

Is there any pharmacies in Orlando or places around the neighborhood that will fill a prescription for Roxicodone 30 Mg or 15 Mg ? Express scripts filled them but i received total junk !! not from the manufacture, but some off the wall company, and gave me very bad side effects. ( Severe twitching of the neck muscles and dry mouth ) And didn't do anything at all for pain. Seems every pharmacy I go to has the same saying.. We don't carry that or, we're out ? Thanks, ## Did you get what you need from the pharmacy? Roxicodone can be hard to get been looking myself in Orlando

This sounds weird, but I think oxybutynin 5 mg tablets are passing through my body without being dissolved. I receive my prescriptions from Express Scripts, by mail. Has anybody else ever mentioned this happening? I am a prostate cancer survivor and the pills were prescribed for incontinence. I have noticed more leakage lately, and observed the small white pills in my stool on two occasions. ## I also take oxybutynin have noticed the pill is in my stool...I don't know if it doesn't get dissolved...but I can actually read the numbers on it in my stool ## Hello, Bob and Carol! How are you? What you're both seeing in your stool is just the outer shell of the pill, but the medication is released. It's one method of controlling the release of a medication, so it is dispersed ...

Since Nexium 40 mg is now OTC, my doctor switched me to Pantoprazole sod dr 40 mg so i can continue to have it sent to me thru express scripts. Is there a difference between the two? I don't have any side effects from Nexium .... .will this new pill have side effects? ## Hello, Donna! How are you? It is a different medication, but in the same drug class, they are both proton pump inhibitors. It may cause you to experience side effects, there's no way to know, until you try it and see. The side effects can include nausea, dizziness, flatulence and stomach pain. Are there any other questions or concerns?

I too have taken 850 mg Zyd tabs dispensed from Walmart. My A1c went from 6.0 to 7.1 with no change in diet and exercise. They also have an odd taste. I just switched to 850 mg made by Sun dispensed from Medco/Express scripts and after 3 days my Glucose is now back to the 120's. For me I found Zyd ineffective. There are differences in the generics. If one brand doesn't work for you try another before you give up on Metformin altogether. ## You are correct, there can be differences and that does make them less effective for some people. You may want to double check in the future, when you get a refill, to make sure that you don't get the one from Zydus, again. Is there anything I can help with?

I stopped taking Lipitor, 40 mg daily, a week ago and am now experiencing some dizziness and my equilibrium seems effected. Are these effects to be expected? I'm currently waiting for my refill through express-scripts , but have yet to receive it. I am a 90 year old male and have been on Lipitor for approx. 4 years. ## Yes, some withdrawal effects can occur anytime you suddenly stop taking something that you have been on for a long period of time, because your body gets used to having the medication. You may also experience some nausea and diarrhea. Are there any other questions? ## I stopped atorvastatin a month ago cause of side effects to muscle pain which i still havei now get headaches and nausea is this normal. ## The symptoms you've listed are contraindications aka negati...

Compounding Pharmacy has lost source of my Lactose free Warfarin they have been able to provide for years with no other added filler ingredients. Have an actual milk allergy (tested and confirmed) not a Lactose intolerance. Second compounding pharmacy having same problem! Express Scripts searched and have none. If you have a source I would love to hear about it. Need the Warfarin, but having to deal with diarrhea & nausea make it a struggle. Any help is appreciated!

I was informed I have to change my blood pressure med. to a drug that comes in generic form. Will no longer fill my Bystolic 10mg.Gave my physician a list of meds. to change for me. Have taken Bystolic for several yrs. So now I'm concerned! Will try Coreg. Any advice or warnings on Coreg? So unfair- thanks Express Scripts for deciding just to play around with my meds. Wish I could afford to pay for Bystolic but nope. ## Hello, Patsy! How are you? I took the generic for Coreg, Carvedilol, for several years and it's known to cause less side effects than most others. The main warning I have is to watch for Raynaud's Phenomenon in cold weather. It tends to cause it in some people or worsen it in those of us that already have it and that was the biggest problem I had with taking i...
