Did they tell you take this medication? Generally, in modern times this condition is easy to treat an eradicate. It does not usually linger for so many years. Can we use this tablet for trot pain? ## I'm not certain what you are referring to when you say trot pain; but Erycin (also known by its generic name Erythromycin) is a macrolide antibiotic used in replacement for people who have an allergy to penicillins. It can be used for dental abscess; chlamydia infection; strep throat; bowel preparation; and syphilis, among other uses as well. That said, I don't think it can be used for specifically for pain, but it may be a good idea to confirm that with your doctor (depending on the circumstance), since it may have an indirect effect to help with pain by getting rid of an infection that may have been causing pain. Thank you, ## This is an antibiotic, so it will only treat bacterial infections and nothing else. Thus, it is not appropriate if you just have a cold or flu. Have you consulted your doctor? Taking an antibiotic, when you don't have a bacterial infection creates the risk of your developing antibiotic resistance, which could result in some very dangerous illnesses in the future.
