Elantan

I am diabetic and have angina: I am presently taking: ecotrin, elantan, metformane, 50mg bio atenenol, I was also losartan 50mg, now the medical aid has prescribed diolo, but I am beging to feel my feet burning. Should I continue or revert to lusartan.

Have unstable angina. I take elantan at night and wake in the early hours with sqeezing of chest and take nitro. If I take alzam will it relax me enough to sleep through the night and avoid nitro headache.
