The Eco-AV contains Apsirin and Atorvastatin, this combines a NSAID blood thinner with a medication to help lower cholesterol. The Metzok contains the active ingredient Metoprolol, which is a beta blocker used to treat high blood pressure and help with cardiac function. That said, either one of these could be causing the problems you are experiencing. They could be side effects from one, or both of them. This is why you need to consult your doctor, so you can get to the root of the problem. ...

I am hyper tensive and doctor has advised me to take Tonact 10 and cleopitab a75 which i am taking from last 5 years separately. Tonact 10 costs about rs.90 for 15 tablets. I came across Ecosprin AV 75 containing both above ingredients in single capsule and costing just rs.20 for 10 tablets. This lowers the medicine bill to absolute low. can i take it as it lowers cost? please advise. ## Ecosprin AV contains Aspirin, with Atorvastatin, so it is not the same as the Tonact and Clopitab, thus you should not switch, without your doctor's approval. The NIH lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding, easy bruising, and joint/muscle aches. Please advise me as to whether it is safe or risky to take high doses? ## This medication is used to help thin the blood, improve heart health, and lower cholesterol levels in the blood. You should take the dosage prescribed by your doctor. The NIH lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding, and stomach irritation. There may be some risks associated with taking it, such as the bleeding, and stomach issues, but they aren't anything to worry about, as long as you don't exceed the prescribed doses. And I didn't find any interactions or problems listed between taking it with the antidiabetic medications Glimepiride and Metformin, but you should check with your doctor, or pharmacist to be certain. As to the Sam-E, that is a nutritional supplement, not an actual medication, so it hasn't been checked for interactions with medications, thus I have no information on it, but would suggest checking with your doctor.
