PROLONG USE OF ECOSPIRIN AV 75 WITH OTHER MEDICINES AND INHALER HAVE ANY SIDE EFFECT OF COPD PATIENT. ## Yes, there are some differences between Ecosprin 75 and Ecosprin AV 75. The regular Ecosprin just contains Aspirin, while the AV also contains Atorvastatin. Atorvastatin is used to help lower cholesterol.
